Hoyt Colton has more than thirty five years of experience on Wall Street in the mergers and acquisitions, retained search and human resources fields. His work experience includes Director of human resources for Smith Barney, Inc., Regional Personnel Manager for Dean Witter & Co., and Employment Manager for Brown Brothers, Harriman & Co. Twenty three years ago, he founded and is the principal of The Colton Partnership and Hoyt Colton M&A Advisors. He is a two time honoree in The Career Makers, North America's Top Executive Recruiters by John Sibbald. He is a founder, past president and past chairman of the Wall Street Employment Managers Association. He holds a B.S. in business from Long Island University. More recently, he has been highly successful in the Mergers and Acquisitions business for asset management firms.

Peter Signorelli joined Hoyt Colton M&A Advisors in 2001. He became a partner in Hoyt Colton M&A Advisors in 2005.
Before joining Hoyt Colton M&A Advisors Peter's experience was mostly in the Business Consulting and Mergers and Acquisitions industries. He began his Business Consulting and Mergers and Acquisitions activities at Marjohn Associates in 1997. As Executive Vice President, Peter's primary focus was with small to medium sized companies in need of debt and/or equity financings.
As Executive Vice President of Success Enterprises International, Peter helped to merge and re-structure different media, real estate and small public and private company assets. As Partner of Success Financial Group, Peter provided Business Consulting and Merger and Acquisitions advice for numerous small to medium sized public and private companies.
